romogst. looks good. what was the total end price? did you mod your crash beam or did you buy the already created one? from what i've seen total price shipped is 1080$

DAMN. half of a used turbo kit. great exterior mod but what kills me is it was cheaper 2 years ago when i looked for it the first time around.

i thought mods were supposed to get "cheaper" instead of go up in price.

i need my stock 8 rear bumper repainted and was thinking of just going the jdm rear route and getting that painted weightless white since they dont make em in that color? anyone have luck on the ebay jdm rears or do i have to go into hiberation mode for a month to save up for an actual one, lol

I got mine before the price hike, $550 + shipping. I didn't buy the crash beam as I reused the stock one. It can be easily modified if you have the skills. I am very happy I went with the JDM rear, changes the whole look of the car.

I have said it before in the other threads and will say it again. If you dont have much experience with body work, fitment or paint, it might be worth it to just get the oem one. Everything will fit perfect and it will be painted.

The only reason I am going with the ebay rear(when I get one) is cause I can do bodywork and paint. So, one, if it doesnt fit correctly, i will make it fit just like oem. Two, I will paint it myself. So when I spend the $350 fro the ebay rear, I might have to put some work into it, maybe, but I wont have more than $400 in the bumper, painted and all.
