Here is the voltex rear for the 7 and 8 rears. I personally like the EDM rear because they have the rear fog light.

yeah, its because they like the big booty look and non functional diffuser. the jdm VII/VIII bumper is what the car was originally designed with hence the body line. you can think of our usdm VIII and and jdm IX as after thoughts.

If people knew where to get them or vendors started stocking them, I guarantee you will see more of them.

yeah it doesnt seem any vendors carry them. I got mine from pitbull who i think got his from fizz motorsports. he could chime in on that as i think that is where he got most of his jdm parts

how much and whre to get it...i've been trying to find out for a while

it is something diff...i like the jdm ix rear but just the fact of taking out the crash beam...

not really sure either if you need to take it out for the jdm vii/viii rear???

Yes u do have to take the rear crash bar out. Pitbull said u should be able to keep it in but i took it out bc its another 40lbs out of the car. Some vendors should hear everyone and start carrying this bumper. Yes it has a lip on it and it gets rid of the side lights also which is pretty cool. Im glad everyone likes it.

I like it because it flows with the lines of the car (unlike the USDM bumper) and allows the use of a functional diffuser that doesn't look like it came off of an alien space craft.
