Is there a related faq for Show/Shine that states what parts fit/don't fit on the 8-9 EVO's? I'm trying to get my "shine on" so to speak but there's a billion body kits that say Evo 8 only... its begining to bug the hell out of me when I see Evo 9's in the new Import Magazine's with (for example) Seibon hoods that previously said only fits Evo 8... but they some how fit it for the 9... c'mon... I'm getting a feeling the Evo community is filled with low ballers... "for my info only" clique... w/e... geeze... Help me and other Evo IX owners if you know any info of compatible parts swaps such as hoods, lights, fenders, etc... thus far again, I haven't seen any faq on this site that indicates Evo 8-9:9-8 part swaps compatibilities. Because for example, if an aftermarket hood fits the 8, does it fit the 9, what about fenders, lights etc. and which ones.

for the most part, everything will fit. all lights, bodyparts etc...

 

here it is plain and simple, every body part/kit made for the evo 8 will fit on the evo 9. Fenders, front bumpers, sideskirts, mirrors, rear bumpers, EVERYTHINGGGG. Only exception is front lips.

Do luck, varis (evo 8), chargespeed (evo 8), veilside and all replicas of those lips fit evo 8s only.

Ralliart, APR (lip), varis (evo 9 specific), and chargespeed (evo 9 specifc) will fit only on evo IX bumpers.

Alll hoods made for the 8 will fit on the 9. Only hoods that aren't suppose to go on evo 8/9s are the evo VII hoods, which fits but looks like ****. Of course if you get the full evo VII front bumper with the evo VII hood it'll fit as well. Good luck
