I heard 245/40/18 tires don't rub with this staggered offset setup???

No way in hell you are putting 245's on a 9.5" wheel. I have 275s on my 9" fronts and they are the perfect size.

Actually, I have seen them! They stretch, but they actually pop on pretty well.

i have 245/35/18's on the same rim 18x8.5 with a 30mm offset. no rubbing, no issues.

hopefully i'll get a 255 on there for the next set of tires.

Relax. It really works out well. You shouldn't knock it unless you've tried it. With this fitment it allows you to avoid rolling your fenders, which was the purpose in getting a staggered offset in the first place.

This (below) is stretched super tight (234/40/18) but it still works. 245's work well, and look great in this +20front/+30rear 18x9.5 setup IMO

Im having all the fenders rolled tomorrow for 40 bucks.. Im taking the fronts off tonight to massage the inner wells a bit.. But man i got so many compliments today..car just looks so damn mean in person now..

Ill weight the wheels/tires tonight as well.
