VRT is a good dressing, his detailing sponges are nice... the guy is just a sales and marketing guy that happens to sell auto detailing products. his line is nothing to be amazed about, and nothing really stands out.
as most people will tell you, it's more the process than the product.
what are you looking to do? i'm sure there are a few of us that can make some good suggestions to you depending on your budget, car color, etc.

I've used their stuff and was impressed at first, but then I wasn't so happy because the car didn't feel slick anymore after the first wash. It was easy to put on by hand as opposed to others. Hey Serge03 I have a white car any suggestions on what I should use to protect it for stay outdoors all day and SoCal weather?
for polishes: use Menzerna and Menzerna only. people try to reinvent the wheel; menzerna IS the wheel. they make the best polishes bar none. just pick up some final polish unless your paint is really bad; then some intensive polish should be used where needed.
for wax: depends on the color of your car... silver/gold i like acrylics like Menzerna FMJ. 1Z (einszett) makes a great carnuba based wax called Glanz. it really pops flake in silver/flaky paint. dark colors really look naked without a carnuba. carnuba has a limited life, but adds plenty of depth. there are tons of products out there. the most important thing to remember is that taking the proper steps to make your paint look right is more important than wax brand names.
lv05evo- it really depends on what you're looking to spend. if it were me, i would put up the cash and use FMJ. you can also top FMJ with a carnuba like Pinnacle Souveran. is all budget!
Mitchubishi- maybe you and i could have a little chat and put something together for the forum since more and more people seem to be interested in the proper upkeep of their vehicles. shoot me a PM
