Thanks, I was so close to getting a set of Enkei RPF1's in 17X8, having them powdercoated gloss black, and throwing a new set of advans on them. When these turned up for sale....I had to jump on them... I may just hold of on the Enkei's for now.

Yes they are made by Ray's, I'm surprised how light the wheel/tire combo is....

Post some pics when they are on the car.
I'll consider stepping up the tire size....but wouldn't 255 be too wide for a 8.5" wide wheel? I will definately post up pics asap...

new pics up on first post

You know we already use 255s on the stock 8" rims, so why would you think 255s are too wide for 8.5" rims? Get with the times, baby!!!

I'm surprised these much bigger rims and tires weigh the same as the stock MR rim/tire combo, because the stock MR BBS rims are only 17.74lbs.

Tire Racks website says that the 235/40ZR18 Yokohama A048's weigh 25 Pounds which is equvalent to the OEM Advans.......

The guy who owned these wheels before me told me that these wheels weigh about 18 pounds
