I think you're right.
I may change it to blink with the turns.

However, I do like using them as running lights.
The FJ Cruiser has running lights on the side views as well I think.

yeah my moms got an FJ. the daytime ones are a really dim white...

but definetly +10000 on the sync'ing them with the other signals

Doing 3 rows is no different than doing 2.
You can really do any design you want.

What it involves:

Some technical know-how on how to wire up LED's...whether in parallel or in series and with what resistor to use given your wiring scheme.

Then you need to take off the door panels to run the wiring through the door.
Then you need to finger out how you want to wire your lights and then actually wire them.

So there will be no "kits" offered by me. It's all custom work.

I would have maybe 3 individual leds as running lights, then the rest come on in sync with the blinker..
