that second pic is pretty trippy, I agree. but I 'figured out on my own' (i.e. before I read subsequent posts) that it simply must have been made to look like a model by blurring specific areas of the photo. My parents are going to be soooo proud of me!

OH, the picture is shot over a ledge that's right in front of the camera (it runs diagonally parallel to the path the evo is parked in). THAT'S what was throwing me off, that blurry ledge (with little pebbles/rocks too!) gives the car a tiny sense of scale. The top looks like just a gaussian blur in photoshop. Well played.

i'm kinda torn between VII tails and JDM MR ones...
I think VII's will look better because they don't have orange in them... Orange doesn't really go with anything on my car. All red will probably accentuate the red lip and calipers pretty well....Not to mention everybody's got JDM MR (or evodave or depo copy) these days.
