Replaced stock wing with the low wing
i'm not saying the wing has no purpose, as i don't think anyone here has said that.
but most of us don't drive anywhere near 300 km/h on a daily basis and so a giant wing is unnecessary
aesthetically, some people like it and some don't, no reason one side should be bashing the other

No bashing mate, for sure not. Just telling that the wing is not a useless part on a evo
You shouldn't worry about what others think. Honestly, it looks fine trunkless, and it looks decent with the small spoiler too. It's definitely a sleeper from behind either way. I think most cops also tend to not know what the hell they are lookin at when they see an Evo and definitely wouldn't look at a wingless evo twice. It looks like any other japanese sedan from the back. But with the big spoiler, you are really giving them an excuse to notice you, and then your tint, or exhaust, or no front plate...etc. I drive mine to work every day and it sucks being noticed by every cop on the way.
