So.... I took alot of pics cause I was excited... I love the new seats, but umm.. uncomfortable as F*CK! and I have a 8hr drive this weekend.
EDIT 2 Mo. Review: 2 Mo. has passed since I got them, they are perfectly fine, it took me about 1-2 weeks to get used to them. After that you're golden, I love these seats and have no complains what so ever.

So it appears ARC came out with a newer style shift knob, Out with the old and in with the new.
Also added the ARC Splitters to my set up:
