The IX SE lip is abit bigger/lower and shape different from the original IX so I would think the Chargespeed IX kit wont fit under the SE's lip.

Nope. I've seen pics of the Chargespeed lip used under the SE lip

Ride height was drop really low for the shoot and local carshow but I raised it back up for daily driven.
