some nice looking valve covers. Gonna have to break out the airbrush soon...

What kind of paint that is thinable (if thats even a word) would be good for painting a valve cover? (durability, heat resistant, etc..)

annodised or powdercoated anything else overtime will chip and flake

Not on an evo... but heres the paintjob that went on our old 2.2 Turbo Mopar drag car... the intake was painted with the same colour combo, with a black fuel rail

was thinkin' something similar would look sweet on an evo.
the colour is the old Ford colour Grabber Green if you were wondering

this is my integra gsr, it wasnt finished when this pic was taken, the whole plug wire cover is dont now, and all the way to the oil filler...ill get some more pics and stuff if ya want, i know its not the EVO, but ...

so i did some digging and came up with a couple different examples of custom painted valvecovers on evos...

first off is the JUN time attack car:


then we have one of the AMSTuning cars:


and then there is EgoKillerEvo's car:
