I got bored this weekend and decided to tackle my VC.... The first 2 pics are after i was done and then the 2nd 2 are of what i decided to finish with...

How did you do the lettering? I've been wanting to highlight the lettering on my stock cover.

i have one of those black and decker mouse sanders... put some 250 grit sand paper on it.... taped a few strips around the lettering to protect the VC should i scuff it and sand them down some.... it took all of 3 minutes to sand to a high shine.

i've swapped the studs already... just today and not yesterday when i took the pics. I went with hex head stainless hardware for the cover.... didnt have any allen head bolts that were stainless available.

yeah i rattle canned it lol..... im going to get it PC'd soon, i was bored and wanted to see how the blue that i am planning on getting it PC'd will look
