not so into it but i've seen much much worse and it's ok, original at least. watch out for uneven fading too with that RR paint!

I can give or take the whole thing. I dunno, something about the entire look of the car doesn't flow. It doesn't look really bad or anything. It just doesn't seem to have a set direction or anything.

Hate hate hate that spoiler. Nothing against your car on that one. Everytime I see that spoiler, I'm confused why it's liked so much.

 

Hitler was popular at one time too. that doesn't mean following him was ever a good idea. that wing looks like ****, and so do the headlights. that vinyl looks out of place too. if that were a carbon hood painted red with just that vinyl part showing, then with a carbon/black painted roof, then carbon trunk... THAT would look nice.

also, people keep saying the word "original" like that's a good thing. being original just means you're the first guy to do something wrong.

i have personally seen Hectors car and it is a little different. but it doesn't look bad. i really like the details that he has done and the time he has invested into some small things are pretty cool. his car actually looks really good in my opinion.

i guess if u don't go out and buy expensive parts that everyone else has. or drop your car at AMS with 50grand on the seat than you are not cool. i am really tired of seeing cookie cutter evos that think their car is sweet because they spent a tone of money on parts and haven't done anything custom, sitting next to another evo with almost the exact same setup. that my friend is evo rice.

well then. u said it. its a fact. i will call rexspeed and inform them that they are loosing a tone of money on CF and materials. when they can just go out to the park and plop a steamy treat on the trunk lid and sell just as many.

What you just described as looking nice is the SAME thing other people are doing/have done. Being original is doing something that wasn't done before. Love it or hate it, originality is important. I didn't want the same thing as everyone else, so instead of black/red or CF/red I did GG/red. I wanted my car to stand out; not blend into the crowd. When I first got the car I did simple mods and on more than one occasion my car was mistaken for someone elses. Being a car enthusiast I wanted different, reflect myself as far as style and design, without being overpowering or for lack of better words; ricey.

i don't have a problem with the overall car. the headlights look like ****, and so does that wing. the rest is fine. there are other headlight options that are different that don't look like crap. and like somebody else in here said, i don't see why that wing is so popular. it's hideous.
