This is a rally that takes place in Paraguay. It has been held for around 10 years and is the culmination of the rally season. The Chaco is the jungle, some parts are covered with this very fine sand, almost dust, that gets really slippery in the rain. Notice the outside cage on some cars, this is to protect the windshield from branches hanging into the road. Also notice the snorkles, this is because of the dust I mentioned.
