This Evo is definitely the MR, since is has the BBS wheels, the TCSST tranny as you said, what looks to be partially leather seats and the chrome trim on the grille and side windows.

I like the whole car, the fenders bulge out alot, you can see from the pix. I actually like the rear, I have always like a dual exhaust look. The interior looks so much more refined than older generations-like a true touring car, not a cheap interior that is was obvious mitsu spent much more time making it go fast and handle.(like the VIII or IX)
the front end is mean an menacing, I like where the fogs are located and the air intakes to each side. With the grille it kinda has that Audi look but also with functional vents in the bumper.
the whole car seems to have jumped up a notch or two in quality. Especially with all the electronic gadgets to keep it on the road and pull almost 1g stock.

 

I'm really glad we don't get ripped off by a massive "USDM rear bumper" this time around. Looks like its a true world-car and looks just like the JDM spec.

I agree with the fact that the wheels look semi awkward with the fender flares.it might be the rims or the size of the wheels though.

Not a big fan of the new wing either. Hmm...
