the replica i had on the car is the Accolade fiberglass one. fitment was great, just couldn't stand up to some guy that was high on crystal meth ramming into it with his mom's 1994 cadillac deville.

the replica is easy to tell because it has black fins. the real ones have dark gray fins.

If you don't mind me asking.....but what insurance company do u have and did you have to take off ur crash beam for the replica JDM XI bumper to put on? and did the insurance person (he/she) check for a crach beam? I ask because I have the JDM XI rear bumper too w/o a crash beam. thanx in advance for an info.

yeah, the replica is just like the authentic. you have to remove the crash beam. i'm with state farm, the guy that hit me was with all state. the all state rep didn't even look at the car. i already had an estimate from the dealership i bought it from. that dealership was doing the work, so they had to pay what it cost.

the rivets were destroyed while taking it off. i'm not shipping the thing because with shipping, it would make a damaged bumper too expensive

My friend's words;

Cheap stuff will just give you cheap mods and looks.

Expensive stuff will give you expensive looks.

I think it is true. Nice car btw.

(Do you use another coil over to lower down the car?)
