I'm looking to order a set TODAY and I have a few Q's about these wheels. They're not in stock in 17x9 unfortunately, but they do have 17x8 in both 25 and 35 offsets.

1) What is the best size to get in 17"? 17x8 - 35mm offset, 17x8 - 25mm offset or 17x9 - 35mm offset? Do any of these sizes offer that "concave" look? I'd like that look, but I don't want spacers. I'm on stock suspension - EVO IX RS
2) What tire sizes would be ideal for 9" wide?

Does anyone have pics of Matte Black or Hyperblack on WW? I already have bronze rims on my other white car so I'm looking for something different. I like the sleeper look of the Matte Black, but I'm for just about anything.

Thanks

That's the size I want, but they don't have them in stock (unknown when they will get more...if ever). I could still order them and see what happens. Do you have any pics?

Also, which would be better between the 17x8's? 25 or 35 offset?

If you go with an 8" wheel i'd go 25 offset. You'll honestly be happier with the 9" wheel though.

where are you ordering from? did you try www.discounttire.com? thats where I got mine from. I would wait and get the 17x9 if you can. it will make running a 255 wide tire much better plus it just looks more aggressive

you have any info on how those wheels fit with the 15 and 20 offset, i had them in 17x9 with a 35 offset but i have been wondering what they look like and how they fit with those 2 offsets, so if you have any info let me know.

here is a picture of mine when i had them. 17x9 35 offset. no concave. i was told by someone that they were concave and i grew tired of looking at them very quickly. car wasn't lowered in the pictures. and sorry about the picture quality but you might get an idea.
as a matter of fact sorry about the second picture all together i don't think you can even see them.

and sorry about the size but i thought it would help you see them being they were flat black. i ran stock size tires because i knew they were a temp fix. if you get 17x9 i would def go with a wider tire. i just didn't think these
wheels were aggressive enough. might be a good track wheel or daily driver. hope this helps

18x9.5 35 offset will give you some concave spokes...that's probably what i'll end up getting for the time being.

there is a guy in my town with a 3000 gt with the 18x9.5 and it looked almost like a different rim. that is the way to go if you want concave.
