hah nah, but we all already thought of it.. wtf you gonna do!? obviously not leave it in that parking lot like that.
It'll do you nothing. But myself on the other hand has a garage, and has room for a certain Evo VI TME. Oh, and I can drive it everyday. Gotta love having access to dealer plates. Ne registration required
Ship it. I'll take good care of her. And you can come visit whenever you want

NICE!! Never thought of dealer plates...hmmm...maybe i can get access to some dealer plates...time to call Steve and his brother Don, to get some dealer plates...but what about insurance...and kev...no way i am leaving that car out there like that...my mom is finally picking up that apt. in andover, so i will have a garage...but i think its like 100/month.
The company/dealer who was issued the plates has insurance on the plates. Or should at least. Hence allows them to toss the plates on any car in their inventory. So, if something were to occur, you/they are covered. Lots of people in the industry abuse the program by letting friends who own a repair shop, body shop, new/used car dealer and have them buy the car, with your money, put it in their inventory, and let you use the plate at will. It works.
What about buying a essentially blown up/wrecked evo 8 just for the title/vin number. Saying it was rebuilt and registering it as an 03? Thought about the same thing with a skyline...
Just buy an old broken down/wrecked 240sx, using the title to get insurance and plates, but then putting it on a skyline. If you ever got pulled over, just say you did a lot of body work. (granted this would be highly illegal, but if you don't do anything too stupid I would think it would be fine)
