04 headlight options??

04 headlight options??
I am currently looking for a cheap set of headlights for an 04'. This is for a stright track car. I was looking at turbotrix's headlight covers, BUT I would like to have functional headlights and turn signals! I am AT ALL costs staying away from the HID's. What are my options?
