Well I will be purchasing a front lip for my IX soon, and I'm torn as to which I want. By the way, the car is GG. I like the Ralliart CF one or a similar one. But I also like the SE one. I like the look of the CF and the design itself, but I'm not a fan of the material for DD nor the prices. I like the SE for the price and the material. The design doesn't look bad, but I would really like to see what others thought of it. So vote now and if you want, give a brief description. BTW, I was going to do the full CF VIII wing mod but can't find a body shop to do it. So the sides will stay GG, so hence the SE lip coming into play for a subtle look.

 

If I were you since you live in PA and its your DD. Take the lip off for winter time. Theres just to many chances of it getting ripped off. I personally use the apr splitter. I like the look of lips but in my case I cant get something for the car thats not functional. The splitter gives me the look I want and also is a functional peice

 

Forgot to mention that as it is a DD now (currently in Iraq/Kuwait), it won't be starting 2008. I will have another vehicle by then. So it will be a semi-DD from like April-Oct. Hope that clears any questions up for anybody.

 

Maybe the Chargespeed bottomline in Fiberglass? I'm in the same boat as you, road conditions make me think twice about spending extra on a CF lip, especially since mine is DD too.

 

The CF SE lip is supose to be out soon i think.
