i talked to the guy and yeah, he did say it was custom... like previously stated.

That Evo belongs to a guy here in San Diego. The widebody is a one off that was all hand done. All the cars on their team have one off wide body kits.

 

this car is sweet!! would headlights like this be completely illegal for road use? and hows that done, a film or painted? if anybody knows

That would almost be true yet Tollis' G35 has a Top Secret Kit as well as Richards Supra. B.J's Evo is a Voltex widebody. None the less its custom work on Raffy's Evo. Its trial and error when your opening new doors. Its hit or miss.
