Find a good way to modify the front axle shafts, or remove them, but you'd have to have something to plug the holes to keep the fluid in the transmission and t-case. Doing so will pretty much make it RWD. Keep in mind that you will lose hp doing this because you've eliminated the connection (power) to the front wheels. I'm not sure how the transmission and t-case will react to this either.

Also, a hydraulic e-brake would definitely help. Rhys Millen of RMR modified an Evo9, making it RWD.

Honestly, just get a RWD car to begin with and cut out a lot of the headache.

This Evo was made into RWD and did compete in drifing events years ago, but I guess it never did that well: http://www.importtuner.com/features/...ift/index.html
