18x10 +18, 10mm spacer- affective offset in front only is +8mm. I measured distance to caliper and I think I am going to mill the spacers down to 6mm for an effective +12mm offset.

Tire is a 245/45/18- I'd like to get a 265-275 on there for my next setup though I don't want something super skinny on side profile...
