Awesome job! You mind posting up the products you used? I did mine a couple months back and I was able to get 95% of the swirls out. Your results look much better. I used the following:
  • Flex VRG3401
  • 1st stage: Meguiars Soft Buff Microfiber Cutting Pad (maroon) with GTechniq P1 Polish
  • 2nd stage: Meguiars DFP6 Foam polishing disc (yellow) with Menzerna PF2500
  • Sealant: Pinnacle Deep Gloss Paint Sealant
This is the first time I've used this combination and it was a learning experience. Water-based polishes do not work well with oil-based polishes especially on a super humid day. It made my life hell that day trying to wipe off the polish. Aside from that, I don't think the GTechniq P1 polish was powerful enough to remove deep swirls even with the microfiber cutting pad.
thanks, its not exactly perfect but close enough for a 14 year old car

i used:
iron-x
clay bar
IPA wipe
rupes 15 da
rupes green pad with meguiars m105
rupes yellow pad with menzerna sf4500
rupes white pad with sf4500
IPA wipe
once i get the whole car done i will be finishing with cquartz UK and reload
