I have my wing off and I live in Oregon. The holes are ugly but the water runs down the rain gutter so no worries of water getting inside

 

now all you need to do is get rid of those rain gaurds on the top of the windows and that thing will be sickness.

 

You could buy an RS trunk lid. I found this one from a local dealer here in SoCal for like $372.

I have a black Evo and now this answers the question of what mine would look like wingless. I think it looks pretty neat, but without the VG, it might look a bit better IMO.

 

mhm, especially with the blacked out look you've got going on. wing or not, evo's do not look like sleepers. but it's your preference. it's gorgeous either way.

 

To each their own, but to me. An Evo should always have the tail.

By no means the Evo is a "sleeper." I think that the wingless/ blacked out look gives it a sleeper type look

how come in the front shot the intercooler doesn't look even and like around the diamonds, it looks dull or something. and the hood has a pretty big gap between it and the fender
maybe its just the camera angle or something

 

I own a TB evo and I love the wing.

I say sand it down to make it all CF then put it back on.
