pics of my evo with my dads c4 vette

well my evo you can see in the sig. the vette is an 84 c4, has about 54k miles on it. only mods thus far (he just got it a few months ago) are the ZR1 wheels with 275's on them and borla catbacks. his car came with round exhaust tips coming from the muffler in back, i think its better with the rectangular exits. enjoy.

nah we havent ran yet. im pretty sure i take him, having driven both. even with the 9.5" wheels and 275s that vette can burn tires pretty easy. its an auto and it has pretty crazy mid/high end. so no bastard child yet. my dad is american car person thru and thru, he hated imports until the night i got my 8 and took him for a drive in it. now he loves the evo. hes owned everything in the 70s from gto's, chevelles, camaros, trans am and so on. 350's/427's you name it, hes either sold it or wrecked it haha. he loves the evo though so thats pretty cool. he still swears its going to blow up though running 21psi haha.

You will take him easily. I had an 85 c4 and it had good pickup in low end but fell on its face high end, and mine had the l98 motor. I still miss that v8 rumble sometimes though...

You would destroy that Vette. Would be like racing a Hyundai Elantra. 84's had low hp rating...I think in the 22x range. Add the fact that is is equipped with an automatic tranny and it is tover really quickly. Still a cool classic nonetheless, and your car looks nice.

Face from the A-Team had an 84 Corvette. A-Team FTMFW!!!

yeah thats true face did have the c4 vette. my grandpa has an 85, i think it has tuned port injection, where as the 84 has cross fire. my dad has driven both and says the 84 is slightly quicker. its a decent ride, he put shocks on it, and its got a good midrange. not a daily, just a nice weather/weekend driver for him so its cool. overall in decent shape for a 23 year old car.

car is staying wingless!!!! i like it that way, its way sleaker. ive been good this year and hopefully santa will bring me a read type 1 trunk lip for rexspeed!!! thats about the only thing that is gonna go on my rear.

Nice! I had a 92 LT1 in Polo Green, Auto also. I was like your dad, it's either American or nothing else. That was until I drove a EVO. C4's are nice, you can pick one up for cheap these day's, throw a few grand at them, and have a real nice track car.
