Here's the cheap way to go.

I bought a Siege Engineering Hammer3 horn (blemished) on ebay for ~$60, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Hamme...spagenameZWDVW.
It is mounted above the Muffler pointing forward (Buschur Exhaust muffler sits lower than stock). Horn is 6"x6"x15". It fits there like it was designed for it.

Bought a 5 Gal Air tank at Northern Tool for ~$20 and mounted in the trunk.

I fill up the tank with the compressor in the garage every few days/weeks when the pressure gets low.

5 Gal gives ~20-30 seconds of horn before refill. Obviously it's louder early on when pressure is higher, but this is great for short bursts in traffic when they are needed.

Thanks for posting your setup Cheaper alternatives are nice as well. Do you have pics? I am still working on getting some of my setup.

Horn Placement-Best pics I could come up with

Took a few pics and although not the greatest, hopefully you will get the point. I must note that since I have the APR GT bumper I was no longer using the intercooler sprayer. So I removed the resevoir and utilized the button already in place. Sorry for the pic quality in advance.

This pic is with the hood up on the drivers side. You are looking at the top of the horn (its black with 6 screws).

This is from inside the bumper. Mostly the middle section of the horn, its huge!

Here is the bell of the horn.

I really couldnt get a good shot of the smaller horn so here it is through the bumper.

Bottom of the smaller bell.

Here is the compressor and tank in the trunk.

Here are some pics. I bungeed the tank down under the subwoofer mount on one side and an already tapped factory hole on the other with some "custom" hardware.

The Horn mounts with 2 bolts.

I put the switch where i can thumb it while hand is near the shifter. Other switches are for cruise control.

That is so awesome!

I could imagine sitting in a line of cars stopped at a crossing waiting for a train. When the train sounds … sound back!

I worked on a Pro Audi rally team that ran big horns to alert the driver ahead that he has been caught and to move over for the faster car.
