Thought I would share an update on what I ended up getting....Ebay lip labeled "FIT 03 04 05 MITSUBISHI EVO 8 VIII EVO TYPE-TS PU FRONT BUMPER LIP SPOILER" ...... stay tuned for the after pics!

 

installed the Ebay lip today and below is some feedback:
fitment = 8/10........Some edges were off by ~3-5mm so it wasn't perfect neither noticeable unless you are looking for them.
Needed hardware for installation (screws...etc) = 8/10...... only 3 screws and 4 pivots were included. i ended up using 6 screws in total to ensure its secure.

Hoping to have everything painted black someday but here is how it sits right now.
