i'm also thinking of the oem SE lip. i'm sure i'll have fitment issues but just wondering if anybody has done this conversion and willing to share

As far as toughness I dont think either would be better than the other. I would go JDP as it looks as good and fits as good and is cheaper. I am planning to order one here asap. As for a SE lip, well I see you have an EVO VIII so there is no way you can put that on your car unless you changed to a IX front bumper, and in that case you wouldnt be interested in a Do-Luck lip.

It looks good even if its not drop IMO, that would prevent you from scrapping and probably damaging it.

all those lips look great but for the evo8 i would go with a 9 bumper and remove the factory lip and put a carbon fiber greedy lip

I'll have to vouch for Mike. I he passed me going 150+ on a Michigan highway with his CF lip (pics on page 2), and it seemed to provide pretty good downforce at that point

jdp

I've had the jdp for over a year. The fit was good, but does not seem to be too durable. I have a clear bra over the lip and there seems to be a spreading crack on the li,p but no damage on my bra. I'll upload pics tomorrow if anyone wants to see.
