hi guys, i dont own an evo but a 2008 lancer, i know it never will be an evo, its justa more luxury econobox but,i need to roll my rear fenders.

here is why, 235/45r18 or 245/40r18 are rubbing on the rear fender lip with my offset38 wheels, at stock height and i am lowering the car a little bit (4x4 look is not for me)

i am from quebec, canada (near montreal) and i know many of you guys with evo ( youre all in the us and you know why) have rolled your fenders,what id like to know is where is the nearest place someone knowing his sh*t lives and could help me roll my rear fender lip (no pulling, the car is brand new and i dont want cracked paint)
