New Guage CLuster/Pods check it out

Hey im sure a bunch of u are just like me, u have an evo, but no good guage pods or clusters. Well a friend of mine owns this shop that used to be a car stereo place but is now switching over to exclusively perfomance parts. basically they make aftermarket parts for cars and make their parts belnd with the cars interior perfectly. So i was talking with them and it turns out they are working on a EVO pod that will be perfectly flush with out interior. They will be what the stock guages should have been. I was told the pod will be placed right near where our clock is on the dash and it wont look like a huge bump. They have a prototype finished and are almost ready to start making a mold. So keep checking back and ill keep u ugys posted. By the way, how many of you are interested in this? Post up.

Dude, I doubt anyone will look in "show & shine" for info about gauge clusters. This a very "general" topic man .... nothin' betta for u to do I guess.

Actually people will use that Search Box up there which will cover all the forums (including Show & Shine). I'm pretty sure this will come up. Plus this topic is all about pods itself which is a non-performance product. Which also states in the description of the Show & Shine Forum: "Discuss the latest body kits, stereo, and other non-performance items in here."

But anyway I think we need to actually see some pics also.

sorry bud, but gauges are not show and shine... unless you are a rice boy rolling a Civic with a D series engine...

I think we should vote for a new moderator.

Someone with experience.

I want a recall.

Not a honda owner.

LOL just kidding.

It's not about the gauges, it's about the pods that they go in. There is nothing technical about a gauge pod. Regardless, if you have a problem with how a moderator is doing his or her job, please don't argue in threads. PM the moderator first. If a resolution cannot be reached, feel free to contact Paul (pjal84), Mark (KK) or me.

Road Race recently showed they have CF A pillar set that will be available shortly. Anyway, I'd prefer not to have CF and I don't like the cutouts for the Evo speakers so if you friend makes a plastic or fiberglass (preferrably plastic) one that is either partial pillar or has an option for no speaker cutouts I'd almost definitely buy one. If not then it's matching CF a-pillars from RRM.
