Oh yea 6 1/2 fit... The amp in on the back I still don't have it fully secure it's kind of ghetto... I'm think of making a bracket to sit behind the back seat in the trunk... A Bracket you can unscrew to take off just in case... Under the seat is good, it might be too big though... Depending of what amp you go with, I have a pretty big one, it won't fit under...

Question for ya:

So you didnt have to modify the dash brackets to get the HVAC controls to fit down below?

lol sorry. guess i didnt make it clear earlier. i only installed the clips on the new bezels. it fits fine both of them. now im on the part where i bend the brackets. that screw is a *****

ughhh.....finally i had the time to work on this. i got soo happy after i got the ac buttons to fit after some power saw time, but got pissed when the blue wire wouldnt reach. did some more mods and it was a tight fit, but it's installed!!!
everything works and fits great, now all i have to do is play the waiting game and wait for my kenwood double din to arrive

ill post pix right now, have to upload them
