then my jdm rear bumper was painted i forgot to tell them to leave the diffuser part black (link below) i am goin to sand the it bown and paint it black i was wondering if i used 3m perfect 300 course cut compound would i do the job also dis is a stupid question is the wing carbon fiber underneath the paint and has anyone on here sanded the paint off

i believe if you have an Evo IX your wing isn't all carbon fiber. I can't help you with your other questions. sorry.

You do know that the JDM bumper does not come with a black diffuser section right? It's some type of dark grey...it doesn't come black.

the diffuser part is painted eisen gray like the '05 mr vg's i would just leave it since its pretty similar to GG
