I think it would look better if the vent mesh was painted black.

 

A ricey carbon hood as your first modification. I see wonders for your car in the future.

 

To each his own. I honestly think those hood with a bunch of vents look much better color matched or AT LEAST paint the mesh black cause it stands out way too much when the mesh is chrome

I bought it from a friend that sold his evo and just throw it on to take a pic yes the mesh will be black and this is not my first mod

 

The hood is nice.... I have the same Hood. Fitment is ok, I can probalby line it up better. Definatly paint the mesh. I honestly think it would look better is you paint match it the hood. I seen a white one the did this and it look sick. Black and Carbon fiber is a little hard on the eyes. Now if your Evo was Red, Black or Silver. It would look better. Just because of the contrast. I have GG and have actually thought about Paint matching myself.
Hood is heavier but the vent do help alot, you can really see the heat escape.

yeah, not really feelin it but its your choice so cool. i would have stuck to the oem look in going carbon fiber. my opinion, i think its looks more ricey now. just my opinion though. if you think it looks cool, thats fine, just like people think that wingless looks better.
