Well i took it off for a while cause I thought I was in the clear then this place came along that I love and is a little out of my price range and selling this combined with a new job (interviewing on tuesday!) would put me over the top so it wouldn't be a stretch....so If i was going to sell it at some point, it looks like the best time is now!
