For all those interested, the SCCA has local chapters that run RallyCross. It's not European RallyCross by a long shot, but it's still a lot of fun and puts less wear on tires than asphalt. To see if your area has RallyCross, check this page: http://www.scca.com/divisions.aspx

If you're in the vicinity of Memphis, TN ... we will be throwing several events for 2008! I'll keep you all notified when we announce dates and places!!

Anyone can join the club but most are Polish speaking. The group runs autocross' every month from like April to October at the Maywood Park racetrack parking lot the same one used by the Audi and BMW clubs. This is the area that screwed up the cars it was like wet concrete. There was a guy running a RX8 that almost got stuck in it every lap.
