that lip off the o2 housing will be sitting inside of the downpipe.. it wont affect power at all and will probably actually help with an exahaust leak, giving the gasket something to crush up against.

that welding looks very naice!!1 Although I can't say I'll vouch for the fan included. I had super bad luck with those type of fans and cooling on my dsm. Had a 10" & a 12" and teh car was running hotter than it does on one 12" propeller fan (one that doesnt have all the props connected).
