I bet there is some truth to that...In CA if they cannot see a face AND the plate then the picture get shredded and never mailed cause you gotta have both a face and a plate to stick in court. Lockheed Martin is the contractor who 'audits' all the photos at a processing center in OC and they shred a 3rd of them due to things like sun-visors over faces, hands, eyebrow tint, and people turning their heads in the shot!

Mine - mostly covered by US plate....

i was wanting to get "TUNED" but it is taken, so I think Im going to go with "TOONED" instead....its ok cuz i still watch bugs bunny and all those old school cartoons too lol. of course I cant get this till I get my work done, and I have until Sept. on my current plates
