Yep part of the reason why the Cyber Evo doesn't use it is because its more of a look then anything. I am sure it does something tho.

 

Actually. Its patially painted. In the center. Ill take a better pic of it. It was all cracked by the winshield. I wanted all black by they mis understood me. Doesnt look to bad

 

Yeah im going to just drive the car and keep it running. it keeps me humble to drive a cheaper car thats function is only A to B.

Getting it this week then sending the info down to FL to get the plates etc.. then its build time ill have to update my thread for that stuff. Ive never seen anyone with a 2.6 in person or have even been behind the wheel of one and i know its going to be something fun.

Also pulling the white cage out and selling it to go full weld in. Its going to be all mig welded but thats fine. Im doing it myself. I cant TIG.

Ya I have never seen, felt or heard a 2.6 in person ether and especially in my area so I want to be the first and maybe only. I have bee85n in and driven both a AMS and Buscher 2.3 built Evos with GT35 turbos and Love the power. I can only think that a 2.6 is that much better My goal is about 500 whp and wtq on a sold safe built motor that can be beat up a bit and DD. I know that with a 2.6 and Black and on E85 600hp is very do able but I want something more reliable than anything and with 500whp & wtq that is faster than most things on the street

I think a friend of mine is wanting to get your cage too man. I dont know if he has contacted you yet or not but i hope he does get it from you

 

there is a guy on the forum bggistin something like that he has a 2.5. i think the 2.5 or 2.6 use all brain crowler parts. im not a fan of that company but wish you luck gary with that build when you finally start.

 

Well i will research more in depth i know not many have done it enough that the info is all out there. But we will see once the motor is out of the car. I want the power curve more then the power.. that and the response of a 2.6 will be sick.

 

sbr built a 2.5, 2.6 in the past that i know of and the little information i did get from him he was explaining it all to me on the phone once. also if im not mistaken you will need at 4g64 block anywho

 

Hey this is sort of off-topic but I wanted to know what your guy's opinions on the the new Varis kit? I'm really contemplating on switching out of the Voltex because I see it everywhere in Washington now lol and another full widebody one is being built as we speak. I love the Voltex kit but I'm one to always change and since most people won't appreciate body kits, I figured I'd ask the people who post on here

I'm talking full kit here, front, sides, rear, and wide body. Personally the front is not my favorite but I seem to like the rest.
