anyway as for the seats, what are you trying to get out of the seats? if theres no stains or something i just spray them with my interior cleaner and wipe them off with a microfiber cloth. makes them look real good.
If it needs some sort of mild detergent, the woolite/water mixture BBS mentioned is the ONLY other thing I would recommend. 10:1 can do wonders.
