aside from the blurry pics, why would you let someone hang out of your car like that ESPECIALLY feet first?? That's not the Dukes of Hazard... aside from the safety issue it just screams scratches/dings to me 
I'd kick the **** out of someone for screwing arround like that in my car like that. If that's how you care for your EVO then you don't desreve one. Something tells me you aren't the one making payments on it.
