what im most jealous of is that u guys had a chance to own a brand new Evo... not a used one, like most of us

I wish I had a chance at an unmolested Evo. Bought mine with 50k and some junk mods on it

But still running strong, and Im slowly replacing the PO's mistakes.

wow, u gave me so much hope now! i just got mine with 14k miles, and i was worried that it wont live long, but if u got yours with 50k miles and its still strong, then I guess i got nothin to worry about.

Every car is different, and so is every PO. My compression #s are on the low end, and I know that mine was beat on, just not until I ran into the PO at the track and he goes on to tell me about everything he did in the car.
