Proper name is 'suede' now as far as the flat black/color 'trend' goes.....not 'flat' unless its rattle can, test mule flat like the Evo is....the italian/german cars are suede proper since they shine a little.

Man after reading this whole thread I might repaint my Chevelle in satin or flat when it comes time to strip it down. I never realized how cool it looks, plus not having to wax it would be an added plus.

dang, that sti wing looks aweful. Looks like a book shelf. I dont see why people like the flat black so much either. I like my car to shine. Car looks nice but something i would ever do to my car.

common, how can ANYONE say that looks good. It looks SO gaudy that it almost looks photoshopped! why would you go "stealth" flat black and then put something like that on it?
