But I will say that street concepts sells a nice replica for much cheaper and it fits great actually. Suprisinly. The local shop here in CO has the real Gialla and he said there was a ton of cutting and sanding and just a bunch of work to make it fit. I have some pics og the replica if you would like to see it. just PM your email addy.

i had a real gialla bumper in the last evo. i had no experience you described, i believe that shop had a replica and THOUGHT it was a real one. mine was a perfect fit, literally oem quality. it also came in the authentic box, japanese instruction, gialla stickers and gialla catalogs, even a warranty paper in japanese.

well the authentic gialla is fiberglass so it should NOT be too flexible (while oem bumpers or replicas i've seen on sale on evom are often polyurethane and more flexible.)

Oh well i was thinking it was polyurethane since the some of the other Aftermarket bumpers are. So never mind me seeing if it is. Thanks for correcting me.

everything cost me 450 shipped. That was with the carbon fiber inserts. Not too bad and it was another 308 to get it painted RR with a little bit of prepping it also. but the total was 308. The bumper looks good fits nice. But the thing is whith the knock off stuff that its hit or miss. Some may fit good others may not. I was lucky with it and got a nice fitting one.
