get a white one... I used to have a black one on my silver evo 8 and i thought it looked good. But now that i have a white one on my white mr its looks way cleaner.

 

Ok, I'll shoot for white, hows installation on them? Pretty easy I hear?

Also anyone have any idea what the best shorty attena brand is looks/performance wise?

 

for any needs i say give lancershop a try, they have good stuff prices are so so but they usually always have parts in stock, z1 auto is good also, and rexpeed is very good with costumer service and quality parts. as for the dude saying he had a problem with them i dont buy it. i've purchased many different items from them and still to this day have never had one problem with them. BY THE WAY DO NOT I REPEAT DONT DEAL GRUPPE S. their horrible all the way around. i waited almost 6 months for a jdm rear and everytime i try contacting them they were never there and when i did always gave me bs run around stories.

So far I'm set with 20% (all around I guess?), I think ill take the cheap root and paint my stock rims black for now, it couldn't hurt. I'll grab the white vortex generator off rexpseed.net! Still not to sure on what shorty anttena I should get (concerned with look and quality)

Anyone know where I can get Rims Powder coating in kansas city area cheap? Since there stock I could care less if they were painted instead, but not sure where to take them!

Get a Turbo Timer, BOV, Intake, Tint, paint your wheels then TBE and tune.

From there you will have alot of fun, then when you get bored, upgrade...

 

Hope I don't get bored to soon!! Anyway, If I don't paint them do you know of cheap rims that look sick(pre painted Flat Black)?

Also, which turbo timer is better "Buddy Club SECU Turbo Timer" or" Apexi Auto Turbo Timer" and where is it cheapest? and are they easy to install or would I have to get it done? whats a BOV?haha

I have the same color 06 Evo but mines a MR. And I have the Apexi turbo time and its fine, all they do is let the car cool down after driving. The Apexi has the safety shut off, but Im guessing the BC does too. So if someone gets in the car while its still running and lets the E-brake down the car turns off. The Turbo Timer is very easy to install. BOV mean Blow Off Valve. I would also go with getting new speakers and head deck!

I have a Turbo Back Exhaust (DC cat delete down pipe with JUNBL exhaust), Manual Boost Controller, and turbo timer. If you get the cat delete DP or a test pipe you will through a CEL. So us spark plus spacers to stop that. But I have had mine for 5 months and I need more, it seems to get slow after a while LOL. And I would get the stock rims Powder coated Black too! I also de badged my car.

 

I think that the evo VII tails look really good on white. Better than the MR's.
