I got you beat... 18 hours from Los Angeles to Colorado Springs in 1 sitting no stopping (only for gas and **** break)... talk about not having cruise control.

With the Evo's crappy little gas tank you must have stopped at least 6 times

LOL... that is kind of annoying huh? I don't mind so much that the gas mileage sucks, but it's the fact that you gotta pump often, 2-3 days and get about 200 miles out of a tank.

My Accord LX isn't the greatest mpg sedan in the world. I get about 24-26 MPGs. But atleast, it's a big tank that'll last me 300+ miles or at least the whole week.

But then again, we didn't buy Evo's for the gas mileage.

OH well... definitely well worth it, congrats on the pickup.

Yep if I recall correctly it was 5 gas fill-ups with a gas light on into my driveway, so technically 6 fill ups.

nice pick up, i only fill my tank up one/two times a month but im a in town driver. Im buying a scooter also for the summer because those gas prices are gonna be above $4.50 a gallon by memorial day

Nice pick up!! Love the color, I feel your pain I will be driving my Evo from CT-AZ and back in August, looking foward to spending an assload in gas, at least the military is going to pay half!
