I was thinking of doing that. but instead of placing a gauge.. i was thinking of putting the HKS EVC

 

Here are some updated pics of the switch panel in use. I ended up placing my voltage gauge in that spot and designated one of the switches to change the gauge color instead of tapping into the illumination wire to do the job:

Looks very nice. I don't think I would do that but the way it came out makes me want to do something to that area.

Looks excellent! I would probably making something like that one day, but I still find my cupholder useful.

 

Your work looks really nice, but if just dont think i could justify giving up my cup holders, I had a car without them and hated life.
