Ditch the Ecutek idea and get a tactrix cable and use ECUflash.

 

Nice car, man. EB is def the rarest color and it looks great. I don't like gold wheels on a blue car, but that is just my opinion.

car is going to dyno4mance for the tuning and thats what they use and recommend.

It's pretty dead ever since Open Ecu (Ecuflash). You may want to ask your tuner if they also tune with the openecu software as it's a much more affordable way to get tuned without having your Ecu locked. I know from experience, you can PM me if you want.

Easy guys. Dave is a good friend of mine. He just came out of turbo Honda world and I hit him with a barrage of letters over lunch the other day, so there is just a tiny bit of confusion. He will in fact be running Ecuflash.

I mentioned EcuTeK to him about my car, which is an Evo X. Right now, that's the flashing option that I am most interested in, and its going to be released soon.

Dave's car is super sweet (I missed my EBIX so bad when I saw his), and until we get on the dyno with his car and Ecuflash, I just updated him with a more aggressive Mivec map from my Tactrix cable, then logged the car with Mitsulogger to make sure it was happy with the change.
