Maki when you take out your stock bumper, can you do a write up about it. I wanna see how to take it out.....thnx

 

I've studied this in detail and as mentioned the US crash bar will need to be modified or removed entirely. I've installed JDM body kits onto US bumpers before. Some will work if you remove the absorber boxes and trim the ends of the US crash bar where contact occurs with the bumper cover. All the VII and VIII bumper cover mounting points are the same. Also check the hood latch and make sure they are the same between VII and VIII. What is good about using the VII bumper is it also opens up other possibilities for under bumper spoilers which there aren't many right now for the VIII.
